LANDSCAPING FOR THE KHIMKI URBAN DISTRICT
The administration of the Khimki Urban District has approached us with a proposal to work on the improvement of socially significant recreational areas - garden squares in the Moscow region. Within the project, we have designed 4 garden squares, 2 of which have been implemented on a turnkey basis.

Khimki Urban District
"Olymp" Garden Square
This garden square is located amidst a residential area, opposite a medical institution (Khimki Central Clinical Hospital "Polyclinic No. 2").
Across the road, there is the Church of the Epiphany.
The target audience is expected to be the patients of the Polyclinic, residents of the neighborhood, and parishioners of the Сhurch.
Our goal is to create a recreational area for local residents and provide a pleasant pastime for patients and those waiting for them. We aim to endow the park with significant social potential, thereby increasing the flow of people and allowing every resident of the neighborhood to experience aesthetic beauty.

"Olymp" Garden Square
This garden square is located in the residential area of Novogorsk. Novogorsk is known as a sports-oriented area. It focuses on nurturing a new generation of champions, and everything is designed for those who are ready to conquer new frontiers in sport, whether as amateurs or professionals.
The target audience is expected to be residents of the area, educated middle-aged individuals, families with children, young couples, and teenagers. From average to above average income levels.

This square is located at 8 Burdenko Street. It is situated near a children's school and residential buildings.
The target audience is expected to be local residents, schoolchildren, and their parents.

"Petra i Fevronii / Tsentral'nyy" Garden Square
This square is located in the central part of the Podrezkovo microdistrict and already serves as a place with high foot traffic.
The target audience is expected to be local residents, educated middle-aged individuals, families with children, young couples, and teenagers. From average to above average income levels.
Our goal is to improve the square, satisfying the wishes of the residents and creating a true attraction. A children's playground, a workout zone, a relaxation area with sun loungers, and a stage for events. Everything is concentrated in one park. The park's pathways converge, forming the shape of a heart, symbolizing the cherished family values at the core of the community, and preserving and promoting the ideology and identity of the district.
